There is no name board for this Office. It is located inside of some residential flat. Service is not that good but its ok. Some of the guys are really rude. As per me customer satisfaction is poor.

Just to safe people from such a worse company ever I faced! I got accident and brought them green paper as per unfortunately I applied for full insurance in this poor company! They still didn’t follow up with me or give me any results! Starts from receptionist till men over there! Be far from this company! Rude stuffs, answering to you as if your taking money from them! Even in the grocery service is better! Al Dhafra Company I am wondering how you are still opened with your worse slow non professional services!!!!

If there is a -5 star i would have rated it. very bad service. i had my car accident and even after 1 month no feedback even after regular calls. very very very very pathetic. i dont you what this people are doing in office , sleeping of going for time pass.
